Over nine years turning ideas into personal work.
I am Victor Moreno, a professional tattoo artist based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I specialize in black and grey realism, color realism, and surrealism, three approaches grounded in observation, composition, and detail.
Every project begins with a conversation and is developed to fit, from the references and concept through its adaptation to the body. The goal is a strong, readable piece with an identity of its own.
